Report Of Persons Occupying Managerial Positions Who Are Related To A Director, CEO Or Substantial Shareholder

Pursuant to Rule 704(11) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, the Board of Dircetors of Lifebrandz Ltd (the "Company") hereby confirms that none of the persons occupying managerial positions in the Company or any of its principal subsidiaries is a relative of a director or chief executive officer or substantial shareholders of the Company.
