Appointment Of Chief Financial Officer

The Board of Directors of Lifebrandz Ltd wishes to announce the appointment of Mr Chiang Kok Kin Joe as its Chief Financial Officer with effect from 24 August 2010.

Details of Mr Chiang's appointment as Chief Financial Officer, as required under Rule 704(7) of the Listing Manual, will be released in a separate announcement.
