Resignation Of Director

The Board of Directors of Lifebrandz Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that Mr Michael C K Wong has tendered his resignation as Director of the Company with effect from 12 August 2009.

Mr Wong shall cease to be members of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee of the Company with effect from 12 August 2009.

The Board would like to express their appreciation to Mr Wong for his past services and contribution to the Company.
