LifeBrandz Ltd. (the "Company") refers to its announcement dated 16 November 2007 concerning a notice of claim filed in the High Court of England & Wales by Ministry of Sound International Limited against LB Investments Limited, a subsidiary of the Company. The Company would like to announce that LB Investments Limited has since received written confirmation from the legal representatives of Ministry of Sound International Limited to the effect that the entire claim has been discontinued.

The Company wishes to further announce that a Writ of Summons issued in the High Court of Singapore on 24 December 2007 has been served by Ministry of Sound International Limited on Ministry of Sound Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company. The Writ of Summons alleges breaches of certain terms and conditions of a licence agreement pertaining to the "Ministry of Sound" brand. The allegations are unmeritorious and it is the intention of Ministry of Sound Pte. Ltd. to vigorously defend the allegations in the Writ of Summons and to seek to achieve an expeditious resolution of the matter.
