The Company would like to announce that its subsidiary, LB Investments Limited ("LB Investments"), has today received a notice of claim by the Ministry of Sound International Limited, alleging breaches of the licence granted to LB Investments pertaining to the "Ministry of Sound" brand. The Company has engaged counsels to defend this claim and will seek to achieve an expeditious resolution of this matter.
