COMPLETION OF DISPOSAL BY LIFEBRANDZ LTD (THE "COMPANY") OF ITS ENTIRE SHAREHOLDING INTEREST IN THREE OF ITS SUBSIDIARIES :
(I) LIFEPHARM PTE. LTD.,
(II) LIFEPHARM ASIA LIMITED, AND
(III) THAINUTRI CO. LTD.
(COLLECTIVELY, THE "LIFEPHARM COMPANIES")

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") refers to the Company's announcement released on 28 July 2006 and the circular to shareholders dated 4 October 2006. At the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on 20 October 2006, the Company has obtained shareholders' approval for the disposal of the Company's entire shareholding interest in the LifePharm Companies (the "Disposal"). The Board is pleased to announce that as the condition for completion of the Disposal was satisfied, the Disposal was completed on 23 October 2006.
