1. For estate planning purposes, 14,143,300 ordinary shares which was previously held directly in the name of Annie Guat Khuan Chew had been transferred to Centennial Overseas Limited, a BVI Company wholly-owned by Annie Guat Khuan Chew.

Subsequent to this transfer, Annie Guat Khuan Chew's deemed shareholding is as follow :-
(a) Centennial Overseas Limited holds 37,220,800 ordinary shares in the Company
(b) Entelechy Holdings Ltd holds 1,100,000 ordinary sahres in the Company

3. The percentages are computed based on 612,000,000 issued shares as at 5/8/05.
