Resignation And Appointment Of Director

The Board of Directors of Lifebrandz Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that with effect from 30 August 2007, Mr Michael CK Wong has resigned as a director of Brandzplus Inc., a subsidiary of the Company, incorporated in the British Virgin Islands.

The Board of Directors also wishes to announce that with effect from 4 September 2007, Mr Clement Lee Shieh-Peen is appointed as a director of Brandzplus Inc..
