Change Of Name Of Wholly-Owned Subsidiary

The Board of Directors of Lifebrandz Ltd. (the "Company") wishes to announce that Neutrigen Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has changed its name to Brandz+ Pte. Ltd. with effect from 7 June 2005.

Brandz+ Pte. Ltd. will engage in the design, layout and production of graphics/web-marketing information and production of all marketing collaterals.
