Change Of Secretary

The Board of Directors of Lifebrandz Ltd. (the "Company") wishes to announce the appointment of Ms Tan Ping Ping as secretary of the Company in place of Ms Foo Soon Soo with immediate effect. Ms Tan shall act jointly and severally with Mr Koh Boon Liang in the execution of their duties as Secretaries of the Company.
