The Board of Directors of Lifebrandz Ltd. ("the Company") is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 8 November 2004, all resolutions pertaining to matters set out in the Notice of AGM dated 22 October 2004 were unanimously passed.
