Cessation Of A Member Of The Nominating Committee

Further to the announcement made on 22 February 2013 in respect to the resignation of Mr Clement Lee Shieh-Peen as a Director of the Company, the Board of Directors wishes to announce that Mr Clement Lee will cease to be a member of the Nominating Committee following his resignation with effect from 18 April 2013.

The new compositions of the Board of Directors and the Nominating Committees will be announced in due course.
