LifeBrandz Ltd , a lifestyle brand development and management Group, announced that it has registered its prospectus relating to its public offering (IPO) of 132 million shares at S$0.20 per share today. The Group will be listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST).
