Statement by Directors
We, Lim Miang Bernard and Chong Sien Chern Cedric, being two of the directors of LifeBrandz Ltd, do hereby state that, in the
opinion of the directors,
(i) the accompanying statements of fnancial position, consolidated statement of comprehensive income, statements of
changes in equity, and consolidated statement of cash fow together with the notes thereto are drawn up so as to give
a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the Group and of the Company as at 31 July 2013, and of the results of the
business, changes in equity and cash fows of the Group and the changes in equity of the Company for the fnancial year
ended on that date, and
(ii) at the date of this statement, there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Company will be able to pay its debts as
and when they fall due.
